Manufactured in house, curtain and masking motors can be supplied tailor-made to individual requirements, providing any number of positions, enabling all ratios/formats to be achieved. Single or three phase motors are available complete with 24V remote operation.

Festoon, draw curtains and pelmets are cut to individual order and carefully and accurately made up in our own purpose built sewing room. 

Festoon curtains are supplied complete with counterweight system, and draw curtains are chain weighted.

Curtains and wall drapes are available in a wide range of flame retardant fabrics

Concorde Screen Surfaces

All screen surfaces comply with BS 5867: Part 2: 1980 Type B performance requirements.


Concorde Matt White
Front projection, available plain, perforated and micro-perforated (ideal for use in small auditoria). 1.12 gain. Most commonly used screen surface

Concorde Pearl Surface  (high reflection) Front projection, available plain, perforated and micro-perforated. 1.8 gain.

All other specialized screen surfaces available, i.e., rear projection light grey, rear or front projection light beige, rear projection dark grey, diffusion screen, transparent screen, outside front projection, 3D projection with or without perforation.

SCREENS
All screen frames can be flat, curved or tilted and can be either floor or wall mounted.  Speaker brackets or towers can be incorporated into all frame systems.

STANDARD FRAME SYSTEM
Most commonly used for cinema auditoria.  Manufactured in house from 1" square steel space frame sections.  Includes a 600mm wide high level walkway on the back of the frame as a standard safety feature. The walkway offers obvious advantages for the easy and safe maintenance of top masking and track.

FLYING FRAME
As above, but connected via pulleys to either a motorized or hand winch raising point or counterweight system. 

Wrap-around Frame System
Manufactured in house from either extruded aluminium section or steel space frame sections. Can include a 600mm wide high level walkway on the back of the frame as a standard safety feature. The walkway offers obvious advantages for the easy and safe maintenance of top masking and track.

Floating Frame
Standard Frame or Wrap-around when wall mounted.

ROLL-UP
Ideal for multi-use venues.  Manufactured in house from 1" square steel space frame sections clad in black. Screen drops down from 4" tube with integral tubular motor with preset limits. 

Available only flat surface.

MASKING SYSTEMS

Can be any combination of either moveable top, bottom or sides. 

Manufactured in house.

All masking complies with BS5867 1980 Part 2 Specification for Fabrics for Curtains and Drapes, Flammability Requirements. 

When the masking covers speakers acoustically transparent material to THX specification is used. 

Each masking system is tailor-made to individual requirements, providing any number of positions, enabling all ratios/formats to be achieved
